When I was a child, whenever I was alone or lonely, I would fantasize about having super powers and being able to fly out into the universe and do anything. In my own world, I will always be the protagonist in my own story, guarding the lights of thousands of homes, world peace.

Yesterday I saw my good friend and I went to the park(I see her all the time but this time our mom and little siblings came) and it was just like old times we played laser tag with the littles, and talked, and swung on swings and climbed trees and it was so fun so I drew us afterwards. I also drew our masks halfway on so we could see our faces. I HATE COVID! I also really dislike wearing masks and distancing and stuff so this is a way of getting around that. Idk if that makes sense.

Here it is! The 4th Glorious Mystery: The Assumption of Our Blessed Mama, Body and Soul, into Heaven. I studied some icons on the dormition of our lady in order to get some ideas for this one. In the Icons Jesus is holding the Soul of Our Lady. Just as she bore him and held Him as a child so now Jesus holds her and brings her into heaven. Then you can see her assumed body above. Oh and according to ancient tradition all the apostles were brought together for this event. "Henceforth all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me" (Lk 1:48-49). "The Most Blessed Virgin Mary, when the course of her earthly life was completed, was taken up body and soul into the glory of heaven, where she already shares in the glory of her Son's Resurrection, anticipating the resurrection of all members of his Body" (CCC, 974). Here's a drawing I did of Midna from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I love this game most out of any of the Legend of Zelda games, in the story line, artwork, and music, and thought I'd try my hand at drawing one of my favorite characters, if not most favorite, from it.

Tried some new techniques, so this might look a bit different. Anyways, hope you guys like it :)
