Hi! I'm Anke van der Meer (aka ankepanke) and I'm a Dutch illustrator, graphic and surface designer. I don’t remember ever not doing something creative. Looking at old pictures you can always see me drawing, painting, decorating, etcetera. I was lucky to have an amazing, creative mom who encouraged me to continue with this. It took me a little while, but I finally realized this was more than a hobby and actually what made me happy and so I packed my bags and went to school. I studied Graphic Design at de Eindhovense School (2004-08) and St. Joost (2008-12).
