I am a digital artist who lives and works in Amsterdam with my partner and 2 dogs. My work is adaptive and flexible in style and I’m fascinated by the different mediums, materials and techniques you can achieve with art. My work is a mix of smooth airbrush, crisp vectors and textured brush work filled with creativity and humor. A lot of Dutch families who live in the centre have a bakfiets or cargo bike to transport everyone around. This is an old one that relies on peddle power but thank god for electric motors now. From my series Bikes of Amsterdam.

If you live in Amsterdam you will have probably spotted this old man cycling around town in nothing but a pair of speedos, spring, summer AND winter.

It's stormy and super windy here in Amsterdam today. Wind so strong it's knocked down trees and can make you ride backwards or lift you right off your bike.

This new Bikes of Amsterdam painting is of this wooden bike I saw (no pun intended) a while back. I thought it was probably owned by a lumberjack although it’s more likely some city hipster type. Either way cool bike. Guess you would need to varnish it every year.
