Since my day-to-day life doesn't require me to make art, I'm hoping to use this site to post my doodles and give me a reason to draw, even if what I make is kind of rough and unpolished. One of my "gestures" from a couple days ago (20-30 minutes?). I'm super out of practice and taking too many shortcuts. I'm hoping to get back into doing regular gesture practice this year.

I dont know why the left side looks smudged

it doesn't look like that in real life, I've taken like a dozen pictures to try and get the whole thing in focus, it's driving me crazy

This is a photo taken with (and edited on) my phone. It has some obvious issues, but I haven't drawn anything in a couple months, so I'm just happy to have doodled something halfway decent.
