I originally drew this picture I think a year ago, but I never colored it. So I thought I would color it in to see how far I have come with coloring and shading. I think I have come very far.
Intuitive painting in acrylic. 61 x 61 cm. Characters evolved as I worked and turned into a somewhat dreamlike composition. My love of colours and composition and the quirkiness of the contents makes this a very entertaining work.
Just working on my figure drawing skills. I wanted to draw a girl sitting down, but I didn't want her to be alone, soo...that's where the bird comes in! :)
Upcoming character for Cryptid Collector, Homie is a strong tank. Although he has a tendency to get annoyed with the more rambunctious members of the team, he is a loyal protector of his family. Made with Adobe Fresco.
Finally had a day to sit and scribble, first day in a long time. It's fast and loose, but I like how it turned out, and I had fun! My reference was a toy squirrel; but, I think love and death are a bit more interesting. Done in Photoshop.
