What does not exist in those photos, is how they may make us feel. This is why you won’t see any “realism” in my art. When we send astronauts to space, they can discuss factually what is happening, but what truly moves human beings is when astronauts describe how they felt while they were there. This drawing was made in a black paper, that at first, I had no idea what to draw. So I took some colored pencils that I like, and started to randomly stroke the paper. Then I realised that it looked like a galaxy, so I added a few stars, the Saturn planet, and afterwards, Wall·E and Eva.
Progression 2 of 5. In this one I added shading to his face and neck and scetched out the hair. His ears were a bit tricky too since they are as distinctive as his eyes.
Ever had to fight with the ants for your chocos? It's past mid night and while I ate my chocos and stayed awake to study, the ants end up stealing my chocos. The battle gets worse when they decide to attack me. Cherry on top is my curly frizzy hair. R.I.P hair wash day.
When frustrated to the core and you wait for the one and only day, December the 14th,time goes slower than the usual and you can't do anything about it.
