I belong to the genus Woody Puppets, quite numerous in the Magic Valley. I was born in Puppetcity, from my father a traditional medicine doctor (herbal and energy treatment) and my mother Major Readers of phenomena. I spent my childhood normal, shaping my body into the shape I wanted, like all dolls. Wandering aimlessly and observing the relation of thought - matter, it was my favorite pastime as a little doll. On one occasion I was helping my father collect herbs on the clearings around Puppetcity. My father (who didn't talk much) suddenly started talking about topics he didn't want to answer before and I remembered his words forever:

I've recently made a card display for my cards and prints at an art space I'm exhibiting in for a while. Had to doodle the back, I couldn't not the doodle the back, which I think adds to the charm of my display being handmade and selling my merch... The people in the button do not see anything attractive, the attention given to him is current and lasts until the buttoned some clothing item which wants to wear. May 2019 was a month that I focused on collaging my own handmade paper together to create illustrations. I also started trying out gouache, to mixed results. It's a skill I intend to learn!
Due to financial/logistical reasons, I can't do literal linocuts as often as I'd like, so I draw my illustrations in reverse, flip them digitally, have them printed, and then color them in by hand. The result is basically an "artist's print". I only make one of each. These were watercolor, but I've recently discovered gouache, so keep an eye out for future pieces that incorporate that.
A part of the last class from my lettering course (which I’ve almost failed to pass). The only okayish sketches for the works were not being checked anymore and I didn’t redraw anything. Now it’s time to my own project yah!
