When the toddler won’t leave the stove alone. (Not that he can read yet.)

WHIP IT GOOD. This ode to Devo was drawn with fountain pen ink run through brush markers. The watercolor effect was me running a wet brush through parts to make the fountain pen ink lift and pool. If you want more Leah Fun™, be sure to check out instagram Super_Starling!

Sometimes in life you've gotta draw a genie that's based on Lady GaGa. Don't blame me. Blame the inevitability of existence. This was ink and watercolor with a bit of assistance from Photoshop.

I went to the museum and started sketching some of the masks and things that were in there..

Doodling my faces, this time on a piece of wood from a pallet. Re-cycling! Used watercolors and colored pencils, Carved out some spots to add dimension.

These ones are about my darkest, pathetic thoughts. I'm really sorry that they're Turkish again :(

My first doodle @ doodle addicts. Found 5 - 15 minutes several times each day of 4 days...that's life for now. I'm far from complaining.

I honestly think it was the most boring class that I have EVER taken!!!

Pencil Drawing

It’s Good to be King, if just for a while. I draw in my notes for work every day. It helps me digest the things that are said in meetings. In the case, it simply divided one topic from another. I color in the drawings later or the next day, which helps me recall my notes and it is peaceful.
