Black Eyed Children are fascinating but I hope I never meet one :,) They're thought to be aliens disguised as human kids. Their eyes have no white in them, only black. Similar to vampires, they need permission to come into your home. There's no color I hate working with but it's very difficult for me stick to a limited palette. Working with markers was very much out of my comfort zone! I hope to work with them more.

Big-eared Brown Bat (Histiotus macrotus). Hybrid technique (digital enhanced watercolor). This species has large dark ears. The dorsal hairs are strongly bicolored, with black or dark brown bases and yellow tips. Some authors consider that H. macrotus is distributed only in Chile and Argentina. On a more serious note, binturongs are fascinating and also a vulnerable species, with a decreasing population (acording to the IUCN redlist).

This was inspired by the artwork of AnneliesDraws. She has an amazing skills with gouache and colored pencils. I don't have gouache paints and so I tried making an illustration using my watercolor paints. I tried increasing the opacity of the watercolor to almost the same as of the gouache paints.
