Eternity rings feature diamonds all around the band. The channel setting means that the gemstones are set on the top and the bottom, with the setting sitting on level with the stones, creating a little 'channel' that the stones sit in.

A few years ago, I followed a Mooc about game design et so, I created a character named Will, a little spirit able to change his appearance depending of the pumpkin he possess. So, he could become intangible (the ghost), fly really high (the bat), climb and manipulate object (the cat) and bowl over obstacles (the wolf). So for last Halloween, I decided to redraw them for a fake video game screen. Tadah! Final drawing 6 of 6. Here I fine tuned the piece. Spent some time on the shirt and wrinkles. Added little details like moles and neck creases. Finished up areas of shading. I had a heck of a time on his right eye. It’s the one area I couldn’t get quite to my liking but it is what it is. Overall, I like how this came out.

This is my illustration of the Mad Hatter, based on the Tim Burton interpretation; it was created for a recent blog post. Everything was drawn by hand on white cardstock, using illustration pens, except for the background (which was created by scanning a specific craft paper pattern).
