Quick sketch out of boredom. I don't have enough paint or a canvas for another project, so.... Here ya go. :p

Just feel the colors

work notes, sense of self and higher questions.. i've decided not to edit out weird notes and random doodles and ideas that arent fleshed out

It's. Morning o'clock. All jacked up. Ready for battle. Men are strong. Women care. And War does not lie . Mark Vue is the incident.

Where's they looking at? Horizon. Beautiful future. No back to the present. ~Stelaire 1. Time is Now. ACTION.

This pencil and pen drawing encompasses the mischevious but adorably longing look of a child

Just a small collection of my abstract stuff. They were quite fun to make. Incorporated a lot of palette knife techniques on these. Its actually pretty fun! But I could def use some polishing. Still, these were fun.

Tumnus Tarot idea. I wanted to design a deck based on my favorite literary characters, or something like a "fauns journey" as opposed to a 'fools".

It's Monk Kirby! Did you ever wonder what Kirby would look like if he swallowed a monk and copied his power (or joined our Order)? Lol. Well this is how! Haha more specifically if he copied me and my power of the Beard too. ^_^ (I used Solid Snake and Link Kirbys for reference. ) He would be a good monk, doesn't talk too much. heh. but he would probably eat everything in the monastic pantry so maybe not. lol. #SuperSmashBros, #Kirby, #Link, #Snake, #Sketch, #MarkerArt, #Pen, #Monk, #Benedictine, #DivineWill, #CopyAbility

I thought this would be a great place to share sketchbook pages. So here's the first!

We would walk the woods, picking flowers for my mom.

This is a work in progress based on shopping at the mall.

It's the 3 Archangels! Chibi style. I designed this awhile back and finally decided to color it in. St. Gabriel in blue, Michael in Red and Raphael in Green. #Archangels, #Angels, #Michael, #Gabriel, #Raphael, #Archangel, #Angel, #Saints, #Sketch, #Pen, #DigitalColor, #Red, #Blue, #Green

I’m not the best artist but I thought I did pretty well on this. I tried making a forest and mountains behind it. I think my best part of this painting is the sky. Tell me what you think good or bad I would like to know.

Now! It's the Final Mystery! The Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary! Each person of the Most Holy Trinity is crowning her and since doves don't have hands, I drew the Holy Spirit in humanoid form. :) The Eternal Father is in green because we often think about how he created all of Creation (as green is like a natury color ya know). Jesus in the Red of the Redemption and the Holy Spirit with the Brilliant White of Sanctification. Our Lady in her blue of Wisdom and Grace having the crown placed on her head. The crown has the Cross and M of mary like on the Miraculous Medal. ^_^ My Rosary pictures are complete! Wooo! :D Our Lady, Queen of the Divine Will, pray for us! Fiat. "Finally the Immaculate Virgin, preserved free from all stain of original sin, when the course of her earthly life was finished, was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory, and exalted by the Lord as Queen over all things, so that she might be the more fully conformed to her Son, the Lord of lords and conqueror of sin and death" (CCC, 966). #Rosary, #Chrisitan, #Catholic, #Mary, #Father, #Son, #HolySpirit, #Jesus, #Glorious, #Coronation, #Creation, #Redemption, #Sanctification, #Drawing, #DigitalArt, #Pen, #Final, #Complete, #Yeah!

I decided to sketch my favorite YouTuber, today. I'm not great at drawing people, so I often sketch people that I idolize (Or just like) the most. I think it turned out really well, so I just had to post it. Hope you guys love it.

09/08/2010 ••• 10 year old drawing of Donny from Inglourious Basterds... one of the few I’m most proud of.

Missed the Ice Cream Flavor Contest, but had to do it...

Still drawing, I'm just slow at it. Have a page of drawings which was part of a challenge "Fill a page with words from 1 letter". I got N. Guess what the words are ;D

Here's the second from my travel illustration set!

Fifth Sorrowful Mystery: The crucifixion. I made the water and blood appear sorta as when Jesus appeared in the Divine Mercy devotion. Indeed a great act of mercy, his head is leaning towards the Good Thief, St. Dismas, to show his mecy towards him, the other thief refused (Gesmas). We also have St. John the Apostle, St. Mary Magdeline, Our Blessed Mother and St. Longinus, the roman soldier who pierced Jesus' heart with the Holy Lance. St. Longinus was healed spiritually the water and blood that poured forth by this act and believed, proclaiming Jesus to truly be the Son of God. "And when they came to the place which is called The Skull, there they crucified him, and the criminals, one on the right and one on the left. And Jesus said, 'Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do' ...It was now about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour, while the sun's light failed; and the curtain of the temple was torn in two. Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, 'Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit!' And having said this he breathed his last" (Lk 23:33-46). "'Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures' (1 Cor 15:3)" (CCC, 619). Our Father, 10 Hail Marys (contemplating the mystery), Glory be to the Father. #Jesus, #Christian, #Catholic, #Rosary, #Sorrowful, #Sorrow, #Crucifixion, #John, #Mary, #Dismas, #Longinus, #Sketch, #DigitalArt,

Another page from my sketchbook. I'm spending the week leaning into new ways of considering spirituality to take forward into the new world post COVID.

A small rat sleeping in the company of roses.

I've never been much of a cat person but I have to say that Akita helped me to appreciate cats. She is a great hunter and with take out pesky mice and she doesn't chew electronic wires. She's very nice and likes to come up to me when I go outside. But she isn't too invasive and she isn't annoying at all. She stays outside for the most part as well so the monastery doesn't smell like cat. :P I think this is probably my first drawing of a cat, I just sketched her real quick and added her eye color, she kinda looks like an artic cat like this, well she is pretty resistant to cold, lol (her normal colors are brown/black/orange/white).
