So the other day I had a beautiful conversation about lucid dreaming with some friends. We shared amazing dream memories that we all had experienced and right the next day this sleeping beauty started showing up on a piece of paper.

Abstract Ink doodle and background on Yupo paper, using pinks, purples and blues. Apparently this year's colour is Ultraviolet! Design available as stickers, clothing, prints and decor.
I've started a new sketch book (one of many, lol), which I am dedicating to ink drawings only. No pencils, no watercolours, just pen and ink :) I drew this doodle today with a Uniball pen and a light ink wash for the space sky. No reference, totally made up. Mistakes and all! Day 1: yourself. This is my personal project #DoodleWithRin365 that I am working now. It is a journey of self development in creativity and encourage myself to explore as many things as possible. I have focused a lot in detailed architecture last 2 years and really enjoyed those crazy detail lines. This year, I would like to explore something different. In this project, I decide on those themes by myself which will be included things I like and also things that I have never tried before but would like to know more. Back to my works here, I used Pilot new brush pen to completed the outline on my sketchbook and the wording with tablet. For second version, I used my real lipstick for lips :)
While on my drive home, at each red light, I drew in my sketchbook without looking. All shapes and things were from things I was seeing as I drove home. I then colored it in.
I animated this one. In the Invention Room, monsters that live under the bed are grown. On one unfortunate day, this one escaped with a very clever plan.

Trying out some drawing on a slightly bigger scale( it's still only 8"x12, but I usually draw in a tiny scale). It was fun and interesting because it made me try new things.
