Staring at this brings me on a journey. I feel like there are dinosaurs hunting me off in the distance, but I'm feeling a little chill about it... cause I'm here at this spot meditating. Maybe the pink sky gives me a pressing sense of danger, but I like the uneasiness it gives. It's as though I'm not supposed to be here. It makes looking at this piece feel risky, and I like that! It's beauifully haunting.

Thanks @PaintinParky. It does have an eerie look to it, now that I look at it again after a long time. That sky certainly feels somewhat apocalyptic in colour. Never got around to finishing this piece. I've since switched to acrylic for all my painting work. But maybe someday I'll return to this oil and complete it. Thanks for your comments and analysis.
