@zom18 Thank you so much! It is alcohol marker. That one was a "deco pink" Prismacolor marker, which is alcohol based. I've heard the same kind of markers referred to as just "illustration markers", too.

@hkimngu Thank you! I was just inspired by looking at pictures of fish, and believe I thought about the way that they always look a little surprised or angry, like someone just said something impolite at a fancy party.
