@KevArt Hello! Thanks for commenting! I drew the outline of everything with a pencil and then used charcoal powder and graphite powder for the darkest values and a electric eraser to create the whites of the eyes and teeth. After uploading it onto the computer I put a filter over it that makes the line work look softer and is just something that iv been doing lately. I like to use q tips or makeup brushes for blending.
@KevArt I am a big fan of Stephen Gammell and I took a lot of time into researching his techniques and mediums online and that's how I became familiar with graphite powder which gives an eerie soft effect on bristle paper that I haven't been able to replicate otherwise.
