Hello, my name is Jim Romer, I've been in the toy industry for decades. Working for companies like Russ Berrie, Commonwealth Toys, and Disney. Around 2001, I started working in the Amusement Industry, helping create many licensed characters; from little crane machine plush to the giant size plush items you see at amusement parks. Then in 2006, I started working directly with China factories, creating products mass-market retailers like Target, Petsmart and Walmart.
I specialize in animation, cartoons, character design, childrens illustration, digital art, pen and ink, whimsical illustration.
