Slavica stole my heart with (what started out to be) her cute black and white illustrations on DA. As I became more aquainted with her work, I noticed a common theme in the majority of her drawings: A dynamic duo consisting of a black cat and, what I imagine to be, the artist herself! This particular collection of drawings features the two of them doing various activities together, and I think anyone with a furry friend can relate to the level of "cute agression" I'm experiencing from looking at these drawings. I love the simplicity of the black and white line work, paired with the complexity of her different patterns causing the solid black cat to jump right out everytime. To say the least, I'm always excited whenever Slavica uploads something new and she never fails to impress.
