This one was for a friend of mine from highschool. She wanted me to change the dragon to black and white. I complied with her request, but I'm posting the original here. I think the classic red is best for the legendary creature.

Gold and Jade are especially favored among the Chinese. The gold ginko leaves (ginko trees are also know for its longevity) across a background of green is to symbolize abundance in health and wealth for the new year. There are 15 days to the Lunar New Year celebration but typically the first 3 days are the most celebrated. The reindeer flip-flop

Our peacock is feeding a reindeer with its favourite lichen - the reindeer lichen.

There is a Chinese saying that when the flowers bloom, prosperity follows. The Lunar New Year is a spring time celebration. There are 15 days to the Lunar New Year celebration but typically the first 3 days are the most celebrated. In celebration of the festive season, this is a post for Day 2.
