animals

Another bus doodle I started last night, paused on, and finished up the moment I woke up… typical Thursday, I suppose.

Part two, this time with narwhals!

Part one of two! First, sharks…

Into darker(ish) territories we go… or not! Still, a bit of The Cure may have inspired this one :-)

Seemed like a good name for it, that’s all I can say about it really!

For May 26th, today is the day for marine animals. For this day, I decided to draw all the marine creatures I could choose. I chose to draw an octopus, and not just any octopus, but a bubbly one

This time with squids!

Witchy sticker time again!

For May 25th, today is the day for stuffed animals. For this day, I decided to make three adorable and colorful stuffed sea animals, including the famous reversible octopus

Went out, topped up on art supplies and foxtrotted off on an adventure with my girlfriend. Standard stuff!

Pretty much what it says on the tin!

Not your average cat cafe, but it’ll do :-)

For May 21st, today it's the sea rabbit's turn. For this day, I decided to make Juan Carlos. One day, during a show by the explosive magician, he accidentally turned him into a sea rabbit.

Sperm whale time!

Rediscovered the German language versions of Peter Gabriel’s third and fourth albums (terrific btw) and come ‘Schock den Affen’ was intrigued at how the German word for ‘monkey’ sounds a hell of a lot like orphan… of course that might just be my ears, you know?

For May 20th, today's the day of the catfish. For this day, I decided to literally make a catfish with Carla Rubio in the form of a mermaid feline

Casually racing through it with all the drawings… hence why it’s new sketchbook time already, hahaha! As we leave spring behind, meet “Summer Eyes”.

A pegasus flies over head while two fairies look on. 8.5x11 black ink line art on sketch paper

Time flies when you’re having fun… and so concludes another sketchbook!

Robots and whales united against transphobia!

“It seems that, like plants, we do need the shit of others for nutrients.” - Robert Hughes.

When your girlfriend makes a random remark and that gives you incentive to create… not that I need much prompting!

Goblin shark time again!

Time to check in with the hammerheads…

Reflecting on catching up (albeit briefly) with old friends despite the bleak circumstances that brought us back together…

Squids with a spiritual side.

Inspired by one of the bus routes I take back home from my Judo class in the evenings and how long said journey takes in terms of minutes… you’d think it was a quick trip but I assure you it’s not!

Sharky swimming >:3

Been using my papers at work for doodles again >.> it's been awhile
