I've been absent from the site for months, due to working on a book. But now that I have a bit of spare time, I've been dabbling in watercolours, something I haven't done in years. A bit rough to start but I'm enjoying it.
A delicate, hand-drawn study of the Blue Liverflower (Hepatica), capturing the first signs of spring. Took awhile but was worth it in the end, around 3 or more hours to complete, I originally worked on it during an Art Jam in Magma, then finished it off in Infinite Painter,

This is my avatar, a mix between Frankenstein, a Vampire (Mainly a Pricolici), and a Krsnik. I will eventually add shading, lighting, color, I will edit the linework and I will edit the etch marks.
This coloured drawing I was working on for the past few days, wasn't very successful as I failed to properly bring the elements together. A few mistakes were made along the way, even if I managed to compensate for them quite a bit. But yea... There were a couple day's worth of journaling done on this one as I tried to make it a learning lesson.
A 30 minute sketch of a screwdriver. Done on printer paper using only a mechanical pencil. A highlighter for a splash of color and a Kleenex for shading.
