This is a redesign I did of Power Rangers outfit back in 2021, inspired by the superhero costumes from the movie Batman v Superman. Ballpoint and color pencils.
I found out recently that a good friend of mine's dog passed away. I didn't know how to react so I drew this for her. Ellie was a great dog who loved people and adventures. She's not gone. She's just on a new adventure, making new friends.
Been going through old drawings looking for color inspiration for the piece i'm working on and i found this one to share: early morning, day 05: lights, check. goal: swarm of living creatures (use water?), birds in sky, dome
2023, Ballpoint pens on 5” x 8” acid free Moleskine sketchbook paper, Adobe Photoshop colour correction. I was doing pre-purchase research before deciding on a set of noise cancelling earbuds when I landed on the Google Pixel Buds Pro website and found an interesting model in an interesting pose.
Day 4 of “a drawing a day” challenge/goal. I don’t think that I did too shabby on this especially for not really drawing animals. I want to redraw this when I get better.
Just a doodle I did with a ball-point pen and then later colored. I find using a ball-point makes my art look more organic and helps me be more honest with what I'm seeing in the reference (even though I didn't use a reference with this drawing). :)
Some art practice I did overnight. I like drawing in this more "sketchy" style. May not look as a very professional or "clean" drawing, still I enjoy a lot doing it this way.
Day 3 it’s not too shabby, anatomy and shading is off but oh well, it’s neat. I’m glad to have drawn something to keep going on the challenge/commitment I made to myself.
