Another episode of narwhal fever.

A narwhal! Because, why not?

Would old Victor be proud? Who knows...

The product of a collaboration with a very good friend of mine's; I did my usual squid thing and he supplied the Mr Oizo homage-themed collage bits! Check out his work here: https://flynnsego.bandcamp.com/

Happy June one and all.

Channelling Joan Miro (as usual)...

An exercise in the art of anguish languish.

A line in 'Renegade: The Lives And Tales Of Mark E. Smith', which I'm currently reading, got my creative juices flowing this time around!

The final page in my current sketchbook! Stay tuned after the break folks.

Something unicorn-shaped(ish).

New art supplies! Of course, I don’t need an excuse to get to work but if I had to pick a favourite then that’s my one, without a doubt.

I often have weird dreams that inspire my artwork, and that one I had last night where I took over a jungle (or was it a forest? I don’t know) sure got me inspired.

A creature of habit until the end, that's me.

The sequel to “Another Fine Soul Lost To Parenthood”.

It seems like most people I know these days are starting families, so I figured I'd respond in the way I know best...

A tribute to The Fall and the genius of Mark E. Smith. Not much I can really add to that!

Boo!

When whales meet tapirs…

Haven’t done an instant camera collage in a while… here we go!

Something of a space case myself…

Mixed media time again :-)

Inspired by some Jacques Higelin here :-)

Another one, because why not?

Last night’s work as I was travelling home… When you realise the paper in your instant camera is sticker material, so experiment time it is!

Tried drawing a mermaid yesterday because why not, as I always say… unfortunately my first few attempts looked like someone punished a toilet, so I nixed that idea until now. Third (I think) time lucky?

Cosmic squids return!

When even preparing for Beltane festivities doesn’t stop you from drawing, hehehe!

Seahorse time :-)

Goblin time!

Overheard the title on the radio this weekend describing Radiohead songs of the In Rainbows era (you probably know the one)… And that ends my current sketchbook!
