Inspired by my children when they tried to help with the garden when they were toddlers

Found a cozy flower

Finally decompressing from a busy period so on that note, drawing time has returned!

Wanted a fantasy comp but with a unique color palette and a modern subject. I also wanted the foreground to appear as a very distinct layer hoping the landscape appears downhill to the viewer. I used Barad-dûr as inspiration for the castle ruins.

Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power fanart. Theo imagined as the Mouth of Sauron with Mount Doom and the Eye of Sauron in the background. I went for a painterly feel but a decent amount of detail. Lemme know if you like it.

It gets hot and muggy in the deep forest during summertime.
