Watercolour crayon, crayon and fineliner drawing... i like to think everything is connected and feeds off each other, a constant cycle. Im fasinated with plants like the venus fly traps and tried to incorporate into the flower with some snake eyes.
This was done for my first Scrawlr Box challenge. Which I was super excited to finally get to try, and I loved the supplies that were in the box. I am really happy with how this has turned out, it brings the two things I really like together; deer antlers and flowers.

"Monochrome Serenity: Candles, Blooms, and Foliage" is an exquisite black and white charcoal artwork that captures the tranquil essence of its subjects. The subtle interplay of shadows and highlights accentuates the delicate beauty of flickering candles, graceful flowers, and lush plant life. Lightness 4: when a levity hurls us away.
This serie started with the purpose of paining people literary threw away from small ordinary objects like flowers of balloons. I wanted to depict the strength and the power that trifles have on us. Eventually ithey paintings became more and more “stable”, with just a touch of surrealism in them.
