I'm really enjoying this site so far. This was just a little practice tree; i wanted to try out a different design style....i think it turned out interesting. Tell me what you think! I would greatly appreciate any feedback on my art, comments, tips, etc.

Been working on a set of my characters in this fun Vaporwave aesthetic. So I missed some of Inktober, well that and I got super busy. I'm really happy with how they all came out so I will be posting them over the next few days! This is my character Serenity!

This one didn't make me happy. I like the volcano, but everything else looks like ash. :(

Fineliner and watercolor

hahaaaa... sad times... I had a friend who had recently shot himself, and while everyone else with this prompt drew birthday parties and other kinds of happy surprises, I drew this, you can only imagine how concerned my art teacher was. Also, the lack of sleep I had was wearing on me, I spelled surprise wrong so I had to go on paint and correct it. It was the beginning of the school year and my friend had killed himself just at the end of summer break, when I was so busy having fun in the sun, it was the most surprising event I have experienced. So I tried to paint a beautiful scene with bright colors with a depressing scenario so that it wouldn't really match up... aka surprise.

This is part of my daily Sketchgrind day 14. That's how I see collaborating with other artist is like, its tricky to get all the aspects together but if you finally get stuck - that's it. Here we go again! Yesterday's one hour produced this lovely darling :) We don't have enough fanart with ShadowSearphimon! I just adore the design of this Digimon. For the last day of Inktober, I drew a pumpkin with black india ink on orange paper. I had never done an Inktober challenge before, and I really liked it! I'm definitely doing it next year, too. I got very good ideas for new projects, I played with different textures and colours, and I used a calligraphic pen to draw, which I had never done before and which I loved.
