I took an hour or two and drew some owls while watching the 7th Harry Potter movie. For Inktober this year, I am following along with Lisa Congdon’s CreativeBug course. I’ve made a few extra rules for myself for an extra challenge which includes trying to maintain a mostly black and white theme. Excited to see where it takes me.

Cute peaceful fox drinking coffee, wearing a scarf. Trying gouache for the first time. It's a really nice medium. I am definitely going to keep at it and make some more gouache paintings.
Unaware - i don't think there's a good way to find out you're a robot...but having your skin melt off your arms to reveal a metal skeleton is probably not ideal.
Toys used to be so much cooler back in the day. I realize this makes me sound like a very old nerd. I also realize that I AM a very old nerd. So there's that.
Something a teacher said led me to imagine a world of pink clouds and golden castles, playing along the way with prime numbers. I'd like to add more patterns to my sketchbook now.
Drawn using 0.03 and 0.05 fineliners, this one is for a book cover so cannot reveal the finished image yet! I do love trees, they are so fascinating to draw.
