Done for a friend for a new writing idea featuring her character (the baby), and mine - because I haven’t written anything in over a year and was running low on motivation on that front until this. Also, babies are hard to draw

All their art just makes me feel like i'm actually in that place; i can feel the breeze, hear and feel the grass.....Anyways, that's the image i get in my head when making this. hello, sorry for the re-upload but i ended up making some minor changes that i like a lot better than the original. i was in a super dark place the other night and this was the byproduct. usually not a fan of vent pieces, but i am pretty proud of this. enjoy! xoxo honey

I'm so happy I'm doing this again for a second year. For years I have always heard about inktober, but never had the time or courage to attempt it. But here I am doing it for a second time. I suggest getting the word list a month early and doing some drawings in september

Flight of the bumblebee The lifecycle begins in spring, when rising temperatures awaken a queen bumblebee that has been hibernating alone in the soil. The queen will have spent the entire winter underground, using up reserves of energy stored as fat in her body. When she first emerges, she feeds on flowers, drinking nectar to gain energy. She will then begin to search for a suitable nest site. Frequent nesting sites include holes in the ground, tussocky grass, bird boxes and under garden sheds.
The Dutch are experts at riding one handed while holding an umbrella or snack in the other hand. Although a good set of rain pants is much safer. From my Bikes of Amsterdam series.

Having been raised in a world where magic was thought to be an archaic belief, to suddenly being it’s master throughout the eons was needless to say, a terrible shock.
