Here's the original description for the submission: Future you calling is a group that mixes electronic pop and rock with some vintage and retro vibes thrown in the mix. To Whom It May Concern is their newest album. It's like that strange record that you once found on the slightly shady flea market that closed down after one month. You wish you had bought it back then, so now is your chance to repair the damage and get this album instead. It's almost the same. We promise. (Future you calling is an invented band. I'm not musically skilled enough to make the band reality but I can always imagine how their albums would look like if existed. The first rule of art club... I made this for an art therapy group that I attend. I decided to create it after a conversation during an art session; a private joke.

Tried some papercutting. I made a stencil then copied it and put over some collage. I need to work on my gluing technique and probably try out some different paper, but glad I kept the original stencil.
One of my first landscape experiments in Photoshop. Whereas I previously was working in GIMP. I just wanted to experiment with values and distance and fog and mist, etc. The female figure adds some story to the scene.
Stream of consciousness portrait. Just for fun and... to use of old markers and pens that have been lying around forever. In other words, getting rid of old materials.
One of many robots on it's green home planet, but this one is different than the others. This one has a soul and it's own will. So the residents of the green planet decided that this robot must be disposed off and they shoot him into space. But he missed the junk planet and hit our little earth.
The work was taken by me in Portland, Oregon, USA. In the distance there is a house, a pillar on top of it has a lamp, Looking up at the sky at that time, the sunset sky looked very beautiful. The clumps of clouds drifted with the wind. Beneath the waves crashing against the shore, signaling that the tide has risen, the images in the above work make people always have to worry about the images that look very eye-catching.
Beginning.
The bird had a pair of sunglasses she used exclusively to daydream. Today she dreamed about blueberries. It seemed strange - maybe - to daydream about them while sitting under a blueberry bush, but the bird thought it made them sweeter. Besides, they were better conversationalists in her imagination.

I decided to try another doodle - some inspiration behind this one - I’ve recently heard how life seems to be this constant dreadful loop, cylinder like walk, everyday the same. Life is more of a triangle, with the point of being up and down, one turn different than the next, and I guess you could say the next turn is unknown - why I left the one side blank, for your interpretation of what happens next.
(HB pencil on 47mm x 80mm paper) Another of my small Guardian Spirit works, which constantly rip into the idea of guardian angels and spirit guides. An idea just about as ridiculous as alien visitations themselves. Could that be a laser weapon the alien's holding, or a portable anal probe?
I started sketching a scene and thought "I'm not that good at drawing trees", so rather than do an entire scene, I thought I'd have a go at a single tree as an exercise. In hindsight I used too thick a pen. Time to break out the 0.1 pens for future sketches.
A colour sketch of woodland near my home. I'm still not sure whether to turn this into a larger piece or not - or maybe I could switch medium and try it in watercolour?
I saw other artists use a white out pen to add small details to their finished drawing so I decided to experiment. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work.
