hi

I haven’t been that active here so, rather than waiting a day to post each of my new works, I’m going to just stick with my latest. And this isn’t exactly an oc, but I could draw him again in the future. I also don’t have a name for him yet, so you can write a suggestion in the comments. I drew this since I’m kinda facing a dilemma and sketching helps me clear my mind and think.

It’s like the first «stand-alone” work (meaning not as a part of the lettering course). Btw I haven’t made it to the faux calligraphy lesson yet being stuck with the serifs. Used the tracing paper on top of the initial sketch. P. S. As for the shovels: in Russia we have long holidays at the beginning of May and that’s when the whole gardening thing starts

I decided to practice posing with a character that has a certain style. I also wanted to test a design for my artist logo. I will definitely be making a digital version of this character in the near future. Colored with Artify alcohol-based markers, and a white Gellyroll pen for highlights.

This is the sketch of first drawing I uploaded. I liked it would without color.

Macelby is an autumn spirit & a guardian of the Harvest. Generally, his appearance indicates a good omen, although he will take up the sword when the occasion arises.

I colored in lineart I uploaded earlier using Artify alcohol-based markers and a Gellyroll pen for highlights.

Oatmeal Cookie Day, April 30. This is part of my sandwich bag art I’ve been doing since 2008.

It's a landscape were it is dealt in the suburbs of an island where the ship is moving to and fro and capturing the beautiful view of the island.

Sharpie sketch. I like to imagine this in a minimalist office.

getting used to making a solid line. and not sketching. practicing my dnd character!

Ballet dancers in coloured pastels which I don't use very often. I did this work a while ago as a test piece for the medium which I'd never used before. To be fair I don't enjoy doing pastel work myself but love to see it by other artists.

This sketch is really old, but I thought I'd revisit it.

I made this for a family member who is dealing with this horrid disease.

Oil pastel and graphite pencil on cardboard

White ink on black paper instead of black ink on white paper.

This is actually one of three sketches from my old sketchbook. The pose is a little off, but it's still kinda decent.

Small and frail, one of "Grimm" tales, naively ignoring the safer vast dales. Preferring to go the way of the dell, luring a wolf with a delectable smell. But do not be fooled, nor be misled. For there's more to this story, whose main lead is Red.

Graphite aquarelle faber-castell

Just a late night sketch of my favorite flower

Not feeling like drawing. Pushing through. These reflect my inner state of mind.

Something random from my head.

Porch Painting on a beautiful afternoon with my girls!

Far too fast to hail

Meme trend thing me and my Discord friends had decided to do.

Thinking through an insect character design aimed to appeal to someone who isn't a 7-year-old boy.
