My attempt at fancy lettering. Despite the fact that 'k' isn't in any part of my name, it is one of the more interesting letters, in my opinion. Just a simple and quick piece...
⚡Flash Back Friday⚡ Going back to a blackbook doodle from a few years ago. Why am I showing you this? Because graffiti art is, and has been, one of my greatest influences (aside from M.C. Escher). It is an art form I love, and I gain much inspiration from the graffiti scene (legal and illegal). I don’t really show this side of my art to the world, but it is fun for me to create, and it definitely informs my other pieces of work.
When your own son calls you anonymous, you probably don’t exist. He likes to be funny on greeting cards. Hahaa! Usually my doodles are a one to two day thing. I continued adding to this one over a period of a couple weeks. Life has been a blur lately. It feels good to be able to post something again.
True Like. Because everything on the internet is true, right?

Inktober2018day14. Clock. I love time. I hate time. It goes too fast and there’s never enough of it. If I had more of it, I would be able to post every day for inktober. I wasn't going to participate this year, but after 4 or 5 days in, I figured if I did a very simple line drawing, like I started doing with the little box chicken character I could make every remaining day, but I just couldn't stop myself from going all out on some pieces. It's like I always want to add more. So maybe it’s going to be quality not quantity for me this year. Please enjoy.
Art blister suffered after hours of lettering.
I've been thinking about visual tension recently and making things more interesting with contrast and depth. I am learning!

I was challenged to choose 10 music albums that defined my musical buds and I decided to draw them, in no particular order. I would listen to this one on a loop in the mornings when I was in high school.
