Anywaaay...! This illustration is a fan art of the two main characters from relatively unknown PS2 classic, Okage. If you haven't heard of it or paid it much attention before, it's a must-play if you don't tire of JRPGs!! Inktober 2019 Day 9 - Swing
Tried something gestural. Not gonna lie. I needed something quick to get my drawing in today. I think there might be some possibilities there.
Maybe not with this particular piece... But still.
A little game art here, this is Cheshire an alien cat that accompanied is on our travels. I based him off an adolescent lion and gave him diamond pupils and house cat ears.
This cute chubby little fairy got used for bait to catch... hmm.. who knows what? Let's all hope she gets out of the water safe. So much fun with the expression, pose and adding the depth. I would love feedback on this.
Aaaand forgot to post yesterday again. Sorry. Zmey can't talk, which is one of the reasons he took Anka as an apprentice and he is teaching her sign language.
(It's not an easy feat. He was hoping she could read to help, but let's say it's not the case either)
He is not medically mute, he could make sound if he need to.
It's just it's highly not recommended for him to open his mouth, thank to a little magical mishap when he met Baba Yaga for the first time.
She still maintain it was well earned.

(Little note: He is saying "flame" in french sign language)
(Look, I couldn't find reference for russian sign language, and I'm not sure there was a sign language in their russian themed mythical medieval fantastical yolo universe)
I'm a little behind but this one took longer than expected. Anyways I will post a group of drawings hopefully tomorrow to make up for lost time. Went off the official list this time.

I didn't have any idea after translating the word in French, so I went the literal way.

UPDATE: I was working on this illustration a while back, but I had no spare time and had to put it aside. The composition was too busy, but now I think it looks a little better. I made a few major changes, like:
• Made adjustments to light sources
• Created bolder outlines
• Got rid of the Knight reading over the dragon's shoulder
