Teaching painting is a great task to ask of a person who doesn't paint. I do not paint. I teach the manipulation of media through experience. "Learn from doing!" I say. Monochromatic pastel exercises help my students to get a handle on the media. We explore value and composition and the handling of media. Sometimes happy accidents occur. This was my example to the teens on composition and value. It is a journey.
It was just a dream. When I woke up and realized my subconscious was telling me something before I even knew. He never let go...I did. Dreams have a way of inspiring me.
Bork, bork, bork! The Swedish Chef is taking “fast food” to a whole new level—now with 100% more chicken anxiety. Camilla did not sign up for this Tour de Flap, but here we are. Will they reach the kitchen safely, or will this turn into an unscheduled poultry emergency? Stay tuned.

Created using pencils, fine liners, water color, and acrylic paints. A Ghoulish cheerleader ripped from her life too soon, murdered by jealousy, with the those she thought were her friends torn in anguish over her death, she now takes this form to rid others of their dreams and ambitions.
This is my first painting I completed, made using acrylic on stretched canvas. It took me roughly 8 hours to complete.
