Something random I did. LOL

This is just a random thing that I doodled up. If you watched Smile of a Child you might have seen Tales of Little Women. This is Amy March from that 1987 vintage anime, but she's SHOOTING HER HAIR BOWS LIKE MISSLES!! That's crazy! Hope you enjoy this little bit of my creativeness.

Doctor Illness, outsider illustration, funny story

Shortly after graduating in medicine doctor Illness concluded that the treatment of people does not make sense since he constantly coming new ill patients. The great desire to explore the state of the disease, he began his patients exposed to hazardous situations contagion and infection. Curious and eager for knowledge about the most serious illnesses, supported and developed the existing disease in their patients. He did not hesitate to post the wrong diagnosis, prescribing the drugs that have not been treat difficult health situation, on the contrary, they encouraged further development of the disease. After several years, he was arrested and charged with numerous deaths. Emoji Comments 1

Whenever I get an emoji only comment, I honestly have no idea how to respond. I still prefer the old-school "Colon Closed Parentheses".

#inktober #day19 #scorched

We continue the #inktober environmental issues series with the #day19 word: #scorched and for this word I tried to illustrate the Urban Heat Island effect. This takes place in metropolitan areas that are warmer than the rural areas surrounding them. The main cause of the UHI effect is the alteration of land surfaces (concrete and asphalt). Heat waste produced by people and their tools (like vehicles and industry) is another cause and also the decreased amount of vegetation. UHIs often have lower air and water quality that have a negative effect on the environment of these areas. It is also considered to be a possible contribution to global warming. © Maria!Bălan, 2018

#inktober #day15 #weak

For day 15 the inktober word was weak so I decided to approach the subject of hunting for trophies. It is not the animal that's weak it's the human that's cruel. A lot of species become endangered because of our need to kill. We should love and protect all the animals, not put them on walls (real or virtual) only for our pleasure and ego.

Acceptance

One of the most difficult practices is being ready to accept anything and everything that comes, without judgement, staying in the moment with our experience. This is a powerful practice. I tried to express some essence or feeling of it.

Mom? Dad?

When I was a teen, my grandfather had alzheimers, a failing heart, and half of one lung. He was covered with scars and sometimes muttered at walls. I was asked to keep an eye on him, briefly, one afternoon, while my grandmother did something else. While I was alone with him, he looked at an empty space right next to me, and whispered: "Mom? Dad? Is that you?" With the exception of getting hit by a car, that was the most terrifying moment of my life.
