Another cat that isn't quite a cat. This one has evolved over billions of years to be able to live underwater, just to be able to hunt their favorite fish better, and more often.

This little squiggly fine line piece is on a 4x6 piece of card, the technique of squiggles should emphasise how busy and windy the town is

Hi guys! This is my first attempt at a concept art! I'm doing a course about this and this one is my first project, and i really want to see what the community thinks of it, please do share your thoughts on this!
