Another assembly, inspired by Japanese ASMR videos my girlfriend and I love to binge watch. :-)

The closest thing to my right was my new tamagotchi which I got for Christmas. It gave me the inspo to experiment with animation! I used the main colour of my tamagotchi for the base, pink. Another daze.

To many I know a hibiscus flower might represent endless tropical summers. Up north where I live, hibiscus is the often the last flower to bloom while fall is setting in. While vibrant, I wanted it to feel lonely as seasonal changes are very introspective times in my life.

Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power fanart. Theo imagined as the Mouth of Sauron with Mount Doom and the Eye of Sauron in the background. I went for a painterly feel but a decent amount of detail. Lemme know if you like it.

It's all about gastropods and the changing of seasons in my world right now. :-)

I want the composition to be thoughtful but on the sad side. My skill practice was brush strokes and blending (but not overdoing the blending) as I try to figure out how I stylize as an artist. Still working in the realm of realism and proportions as I am a newbie, but wanna flex into stylization a bit more. I did this through Rebelle 5, which is absolutely amazing, IMO.

A value study sample for students. Grey out the paper. Erase light areas. Darken shaded areas. Refine. Lots of success on this one.
