March OF ROBOTS Day 2: DANGER!
Done in @procreate using Tinderbox & Spectra brushes completed in 45 minutes (while watching Walking Dead)
I guess the illustrator in me came out on this one...
i haven't used just pencil in a while so i thought i'd try it out. i think it turned pretty well. i love constructive criticism, so feel free to hit me up.
This is what i’m trying to draw but I rushed it and the horse is way out of proportion so i’m restarting it. But here is what it’s mostly going to look like. It’s a big 18 x 24in drawing,

This is a self-portrait. I didn't use a mirror or a picture here. This is what I look like in my own memories. It's a bit misleading, I think I am skinnier than the drawing suggests, but that doesn't feel like me. I have been overweight for years and I feel like I am too skinny at the moment. I feel like I should be curvier like in the drawing. This is about body-image, body-dysmorphia even. I do have those clothes, glasses and haircut. This work is pastel on paper (it's quite big, but I don't have a measure closeby)
Inspired by a drawing challenge to draw two objects based on the first letters of your first and last name. I thought a chameleon and labrador would be fun to draw together, because it reminds me of the friendship that forms when an extrovert adopts an introvert ^_^ This is my first digital drawing that I tried without using line art. It was challenging to get the hang of, but I like the bright and simple effect of it.
This is an old Formula 3 race car built by Joseph Potts ltd, Lanarkshire, in 1952. They have it in the National Museum of Scotland, where I drew this a couple of weeks ago as a part of Urban Sketchers meetup (as it’s too cold to go outside yet). This is pretty mixed media: pencil, watercolour pencil, white gouache and some acrylic markers. Drawn on spot.
In case this is the first drawing of mine that you see, I like to use dark and heavy outlines. It really limits the sense of a real life animal. I’m trying to change my style, but it’s hard. Hopefully I can start to progress
She is an Bollywood (Indian) actress, I love everything about her so I pencil down my feeling on a blank sheet and try to pour all my love while sketching her..

I got Procreate a bit ago and it took me too long to figure it out and learn how to work with it. I was so used to my old program that starting all over got pretty discouraging. I finally finished my first procreate portrait! There are a few things I’m not happy about but I’m not sure how to fix them. Any ideas and advice are super welcome!!!
Jon Snow’s faithful companion. In the beginning of the first few seasons, Ghost seem to come and go and Jon would wonder where he went! Like a ghost! Sometimes appearing outta nowhere! That time when Tyrion and Bronn walked away from the Eyrie after winning a trial by combat. (HB pencil - 38mm x 20mm) A very small (and yes, those sizes are in millimetres!) example of a dreamscape piece taken from an A6 sketch-booklet I made. I chose this one from it to display here because it turned out so insane.
