A little Urban Sketch of Setagaya Park, a Japanese garden with a peaceful pond, filled with koi in Vienna, Austria. I used the Derwent Line & Wash Paint Pan Set.
This took place in 2021, it's Jeep driving her car on a highway. Her car is a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Laredo, and there are many visual clues that this drawing took place in 2021. Here they are: 1. The car Jeep is driving is a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. 2. The billboard is an Outfront billboard, that brand of billboard was everywhere where I lived in 2021. 3. The billboard is an advertisement for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. 4. On the "Places Near You" sign, Little Caesars Pizza makes an appearance. I had a crush on their mascot in 2021, and my mom worked there between 2020 and mid 2025. If I get 15 views, I will upload Mama Jeep, her husband, and her kids!
This year I had a dream where they, at that age and being Lego, were in The World That Never Was... ???

Starting next week, I'm going back to college. I'm very excited for my courses, especially art & writing. It will be a great opportunity to explore my curiosities, improve my art skills, and grow as a person. I will share my art assignments if my instructors allow it. I would also like to write a little about each piece, which may be required for my assignments anyway.
Lately, I've been inspired by fantasy & fairytale artwork. I think fantasy & horror will make good focuses for my pre-BFA portfolio. This was a little experiment with a fairytale aesthetic. One of my goals is to use limited art supply sets & swap out colours as they run out. I feel the first colours I picked out fit with aesthetic well.
I'm proud of this drawing, especially the dress & the night sky. However, I can see some areas that I should've done differently. I'm not happy with the proportions & foreshortening of the limbs. Also, I shouldn't have used a background colour for the flowers. I added the colour to cover up a smear from the watercolour. I should avoid making large areas of solid colour, especially with my coloured pencils. I am learning & improving.

Coyote - Of The Wilds was a talented writer, author of many fantastic stories which he never managed to finish.
He was able to convey true, deep emotion through words, through many unfinished stories. Now, through the ending of the Story.
These stories have contributed a lot to my life in 2020, as I wrote about in “Split Of… Personality”. Like for many others, he inspired me to create. I wrote “Split Of Fate”, deleted it, now I'm bringing it back to life, but I also have other plans - regarding the stories of Of The Wilds… but more on that later…
This was difficult to draw. Difficult without getting eyes wet.
