I was expirimenting with lighting, and it kind of ended up looking like she was staring into a campfire. That, combined with the puffy jacket, and it turned into a camping scene. Always open to feedback, thanks!
An art trade with a friend. We suggested songs to each other, and then picked one suggested from the other to draw in visual form. I chose "Spaceships" by "The Rentals"
I guess I don't have a lot of description to go with this one. I like all of the elements in it, though, like the blue hair, the earings, and the t shirt patch. Those are always the most fun parts of a drawing. For me, at least.
Working on completing a portrait from a reference. Going to do one more proportion check to make any adjustments necessary and then start some shading!
My first post for doodle addicts! a evil alien looking jellyfish lol. Originally I wanted it as my member picture but I haven't figured out how to update that part of my profile.
This was probably one of the first pieces I have done where I used a reference photo for inspiration. I usually just use them for anatomy and perspective, but this time I stuck to the basic idea of the photo. (I still changed a lot tho, haha)
