Inspired by a little rabbit I've seen from the car one morning. While I was driving, the little bunny was hopping along the countryside. I was a a very peaceful and happy scene, the little guy living in its own little world, of which I only could get this one quick glimpse. All the other details remain to imagination..... I went back and fixed this one up. I added a collage background using scrapbook paper tweaked some minor things. Its still not perfect but I'm just now entering the intermediate level of mixed media and whimsical art. Canson paper, acrylic matte paints, and watercolor used.
Acrylic on Paper. I painted this as an exercise, fully expecting to fail, but walked away with this nifty piece instead. I've recently been growing a lot in my painting ability, and this was a big victory for me.

Whimsical portrait. NO REFERENCE for the face. Reference for the flower “Camellia”. Watercolor. I jave used cheap paper and cheap supplies for years. It has come to my attention that using better quality products produces better results. Well, stay tuned I’m hoping to make even better works!
