A dragon I had quite some fun drawing, I decided to do a bit of a smaller scale version this time

(HB pencil on 147mm x 96mm card) An image used on my 2019 Christmas cards of a character taken from the story included within them (the story has the same title as above). You can read it here: https://www.skavart.co.uk/2019/12/merry-christmas-2019-bollocks-to.html

I finally figured out an efficient and simple way to combine gesture and mapping to better pose the human body.

Concept/beginning of yet another MCU moment. Infinity War, Peter Parker and Tony Stark just as Peter crumbles away. More uploads as I progress on it.

cammy sketch for commission

Mixed media (pencil, markers, brush pens, collage) on A3. This is based on some old doodles from around 2003 (I think). I glued the old thing on a bigger paper and completed it this Christmas/New Year 2019.

Unfortunately, I broke up and separated with my girlfriend prior to Christmas. If there is an upside, it is that moving by myself has led me going through old work I’d packed up in various boxes - not opened for years. This is just an abstract biro doodle (+ markers for colour) I doodled, while working in a stupid telephone interview job in my early 20s.

Quick doodle with the markers of Hela, of the MCU.

Sorry I've been kinda dead on the site lately, but I figured I'd upload some of my sketching practice I've done over the past month.

Its been a while since I've uploaded, so I hope you enjoy this dragoness I drew.

colored pencil drawing using prisma color

Colored pencil and alcohol marker on Bristol board. This took 5 days!

I zoomed in on a previous drawing and then coloured it in

I did this piece for Christmas. I got some Princeton brushes as a gift, so I figured I’d make a painting (Princeton brushes are awesome, by the way. If you can afford them, buy them). I hope you enjoy, and I will try and post often.

Even though we r way past Halloween i joined a challenge an i am proud of how this piece cam out.

Brush pens and Posca markers on coloured A4.

Cette année encore, Sylvette s’est portée volontaire pour assister son grand-père dans sa tournée. Joyeux Noël à ceux qui le fêtent, bonnes fêtes aux autres ! — Once again, this year, Sylvette volunteered to help her grandfather in his rounds. Merry Christmas to all who celebrate, happy holidays to everyone else ! --- Print available on my redbubble! https://www.redbubble.com/fr/i/carte-postale/L-assistante-du-P%C3%A8re-no%C3%ABl-par-kineko/42728934.V7PMD

This is just a little turtle i scribbled. Apparently a lot of turtle owners actually tie balloons to their slow little friends to allow them to wander the house without getting lost. Tell me what you guys think! ....I would greatly appreciate any feedback on my art, comments, tips, etc.

After Inktober I thought I’d try out a daily logo challenge “Logovember” which isn’t easy with the holidays happening . Here is one of the ideas. Each design started with a simple doodle that I then created in Adobe Illustrator.
