A bazillion little round circles and almost as many lines and it still looks static. Sheesh. I'll be working this idea to DEATH over the next few days....

(PS I hadn't drawing Felipe & junior on an date in 6 month's / now almost 7 months l exp last time was Jeffpayricks day 2025 the one where Felipe had his childhood bff non blood related friend named junior back in March 2025 for st jeffpayricks day in pot of gold together was last time i drew the 2 together on.

This is a fun piece of art inked paintstakingly with a fountain pen. I enjoyed drawing it, loosely based on a fall pallet. As a fun side note, she has four ears.
This is a story seed that I have not yet followed through on, probably won't for a while. I started drawing this mainly so that I could draw those front legs. I think I did pretty well on them, though my shading here needs work
I remember how I just started making this piece with no guidelines no measurements.. nothing. Just me looking at the reference and goin blind in the feelings. I wanted to make this piece as alive as i could..I wanted to feel his presence near me.
I absolutely love colored pencils. The smell, sound, and feel of them, their texture is amazing. Shading and depth control are so easy with them. :) Lucy looks pretty worried. Don't worry, Lucy. I'm sure it will turn out fine.
There's so much history to choose from. I feel that if we can add wizards to the middle ages, they should be everywhere else too. Also, all wizards in the seventeenth century wear scarves. It's a rule.
