Swanky cats was a commission I did recently. The image is A3 and was sooooo much fun to do!

Not a famous quote per se (as requested for this week's prompt), but my own little phrase I often think about and consider.

This one is a big'un! A3! 13 hours so far and still a way to go. I do love the curly hairy ones!

My final entry for Stage 3 of the doodle addicts challenge! I have loved doing these challenges. They have not only got me drawing things I wouldn't have considered off my own back, but they have brought me out of my comfort zone too. Drawing steam is harder than I thought!!!

I believe the future is about connection. Sometimes it seems that technology is making us more alone, but I like to believe that with every post, like, comment, follow, share, email and tweet, we are making ourselves more visible to one another. And together, we can make ourselves heard... Keep it positive, keep it loud, and keep it going forever.

Drawing homes is my new form of meditation. I get lost in building the structure slowly, line after line. I could do this forever...

Sometimes it takes more than one post-it note.

This sketchbook is my therapist. Not this one specifically, but any single one small enough to fit in my pocket. I tell it everything, from quirky thoughts and funny notes to abstract concepts, drawings and positive reminders. Keep it analog folks… a doodle, sketch, writing, poem, or scribble every day helps to keep the brain fit and the thoughts flowing. ✏️

Another commission and another Springer. These are one of my favourites to draw as theres such a mixture of texture and shape.

This is little Finley the Border Terrier. He is a recent commission. I haven't ever drawn a dog so really enjoyed doing this whilst trying to keep to my black and white line style.

Had a wonderful morning at Perry Lake painting this scene from the harbor. The soothing harbor sounds and a flock of pelicans taking a rest on their way to Texas were my companions. Swipe for a few detail shots. Also... a bonus fly for your nature enjoyment.

This was done on a heavy day. On days like this, I like to doodle whatever is inside my head to lighten things up. My therapy. Almost everything in here means something.
