This was a practice sketch to try out a sketchbook I bought from the dollar store. The paper is surprisingly of excellent quality and she came out looking great!
Some crazy Moleskine doodles for the day. I haven’t been doing enough of these and really need to kick my butt harder. Not sure why because it’s so dang enjoyable.
Like a moldy bridge, the Internet has trolls lurking underneath. Reddit: Unpopular Opinions is a particularly fetid spot for these mouth-breathers. It’s simmering with people ready to spew their most bigoted thoughts in the name of edginess/independence from the norm. It's Easter weekend, Passover, which means spring! Time to buy flowers plant gardens and enjoy this wonderful time of year.

Cowboy portrait from one of my old sketchbooks. I did more pencil sketching in the past, but eventually moved into ink and watercolor. I like to experiment with different styles and mediums.
Progression 4 of 5. Nearly done at this point. I liked how the light and shadow played out under her foot. The muscle tone of her legs really popped out with the dark pencil.
