Many people walk past plants either without noticing them or with just a glance. For the Walmajarri people in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, and many other Indigenous groups, plants provide a source of food and medicine. These outlines are of plants that are used by Walmajarri people as either food or medicine. For most people they remain a mystery, hence the outline only.
This time I managed to get the result I had planned.
I made a second attempt at drawing a magic tree. There is much more detail in this illustration. I'm satisfied.
It was a great opportunity to develop my drawing skills.
This piece is on a canvas. I use acrylic.

One of my original characters from a series of novels I am currently working on. This is Selnam Nameless, a refugee from the planet Jehikar. He is full of secrets.
Drew this a few years back... It's pretty self explanatory... What is Fantasy Football? Anything to do w Flying Pigskins? Does the kicker have to kick a field goal through a windmill? This drawing was made in a black paper, that at first, I had no idea what to draw. So I took some colored pencils that I like, and started to randomly stroke the paper. Then I realised that it looked like a galaxy, so I added a few stars, the Saturn planet, and afterwards, Wall·E and Eva.
This was done a year ago, but it's my favorite because it was basically just dumps of random doodle ideas that I had or had seen. It is a cluster of things that I liked at the time such as my favorite drink, food, animal, patterns, instruments, show, plant, seasons, and much more.
