Red Squirrel. Pen ink drawing on paper.

This sketch started as a boredom buster. I tend to doodle eyes often, but occasionally those eyes become a face or in this case, become a person. ☺

This is a new series of contemporary paper collages realised using a mix and match of new and vintage paper. I used: • Vintage paper ephemera (old postcards, paper cuts, portraits) • Recycled paper from envelopes • Brand new paper cuts • For the decorations I mostly used marker pens, stickers and washi tape.

Boredom hits hard like a bus.
