Peaceful morning in a café

All acrylic paint in various forms: heavy body acrylic for the background, Golden fluid acrylic for the black, and Posca acrylic paint pens for everything else. In my mix media sketchbook.

I try to do my Yoga Practice every morning, but I still am not as flexible and good as my little drawn Yogi's, ^_^.

This page, in one of my own handmade journals, I made after my surgery for Colon Cancer. And I get a lot of comfort from Yana, my sweet cat.

Done with dip pen and black Talens Indian ink. The dip pen is very old, 1967, I used it at school when I was 10. The next year we started to use fountain pens. Only the nib I used was ofcourse new.
