sketch

Here’s a question for you… what would *you* call a hybrid of a Lusca and a narwhal?

First whale in the new sketchbook!

New sketchbook time and opening with something different! Don’t worry, sea creatures and surprises will follow shortly ;-)

Couldn’t end the current sketchbook without a narwhal! And goblin critters too…

I'm sketching ideas for future ink cartoons, and thought I'd share pieces of the art rather than the full image. No spoilers yet :)

I can’t remember if I ever drew much in the way of dinosaurs growing up, but when my folks brought me this Anixiousaurus t-shirt from their Spain trip for me recently, that gave me incentive to do something about it at least!

Lusca no. 3!

Beerus fan art time? Yes it is!

Coffee + King Crimson in abundance = good times.

Initial study sketch which would ultimately be completed a couple years later as a 24" x 18" oil on canvas painting.

Hadn’t drawn Dragonite in a while… figured I’d do something about that!

A preliminary sketch for what will eventually appear in my next book of cartoons.

Back to it with narwhals again!

When your parents know what kind of souvenirs to bring you back from their vacations :-D

I was going through some of my old work from a few years ago and I wanted to see the difference. I uploaded the original sketch. I like my art and my style. I see the growth. I. Am. Happy!
