Sorry that I haven't posted anything I just have been feeling like bleh. I can admit quarantine makes me a little depressed even though I'm an introvert, I guess it combined with the rain gives me an excuse to stay in my room and never come out... Okay so there is some really sad news for the wonderful people that follow and support me... I am leaving next week, I have to give my computer back to the school... I might come back mid summer.... I might come back during the beginning of the year... I might forget about this super positive platform (not likely unless I go back to Deviant art (also not likely)... Ye know how it is, a brand new sketchbook and a blank white page, at first it's exciting "what am I going to put in here" but that pristine blank white page keeps staring up at you and you start to think "crap! what am I going to put in here?" So I just doodled and put some thoughts down and doodled around that until the whole page was filled with one big doodle... it broke the silence and started the magic...yeah I said it, super cheesy!

I did some fan art for this anime, Akuma Kun. I love Ichiros personality. This was a great watch if you like Supernatural shows mixed with detective like shows. Also, Ichiro reminds me of L from Death Note.

#21 B.o.B. (snes) fanart - This is just some Bob fan-art drawn on magma (dot) com using an iPad pro. B.o.B. is a run and gun platformer game on SNES that came out in 1993. I remember my next-door neighbor owned this game on super Nintendo but overall, the gameplay did not leave a good impression. The music is printed on my brain, but I don’t recommend giving the game a try. The box art was my only reference.

This painting started out as a pumpkin design for the Chads Ford, Pennsylvania, Historical Society’s Great Pumpkin Carve, which I have been participating in for the last eleven years. What inspired me to turn the design into a lasting painting was the message, made the design so relevant. It seems the message, which echoes louder and louder as each day passes; the force of heaven and hell are coming out of the dark and into the daylight. The dove in the painting has always been used in mankind’s history to represent hope, peace, and the symbol of the Holy Spirit. The sun in the Bible is called the greater light that governs the day. So, I used dove and the sun to represent the spiritual force of the heavenly kingdom that is seen and unseen in our world. The bat is known as a creature of the night, thought to be a foul creature that people fear. The moon in the Bible is called the lesser light, which was created to govern the night, to give light on to the earth at night. Nighttime is mentioned in the Bible as when men do their evil deeds. Before man invented methods to light the street and people’s homes, people limited their activity at night due to the absence of light. People with superstitious beliefs believe that demonic creature dwelt in the shadow and would attack them if they stepped out of the light. Another historical fact is that bandits would hide in the dark and rob night travelers. People also worked while it was daylight, then would party, get drunk, and sleep around at night. The Bible mentions that those who reject God’s Messiah do not come into the light because their deeds are evil, and they don’t want them to be exposed. So I chose to use the bat and the moon to symbolize the dark evil kingdom of the fallen angels. 168 The reason why the two creatures converge in the middle is because mankind is the centerpiece that both sides are contesting for. Man kind, in the beginning, was created as a holy creation. But just as Satan decided he was going to exalt himself above His Creator, he went to the rest of the angels to get them to join his army to dethrone God. When Satan and his army lost the battle for the heavenly kingdom, He turned his eyes to conquering the earthly realm by tempting mankind, who God had gifted the deed of the earth to. The devil possesses a snake to hold a conversation with man to deceive them into distrusting God and leading them to disobey the commandment from God not to eat from The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This is how man became the middle battleground. God’s force is battling to restore mankind back to fellowship with God and regain their citizenship in God’s eternal kingdom. Galacons are these giant space robots, and there's two variants. The Solar Galas are much larger and thinner, and sport huge solar sails like frills along their necks and tails, a few even have sails on their long limbs, somewhat like wings. The Solar Galas are surprisingly passive, despite hosting hundreds of concealed turrets (some with EMP missiles), blue/white laser flames from their mouth cannon, and smaller lasers from the lights down their body and limbs. The Solar Galas can hold fleets of cruisers in their chest-like docking bay, and smaller ships down the rest of its body to the hips. Solar Galas are still dangerous though, as their diet consists of metallic asteroids, and small ships can be mistaken as food. Magma Galas (not featured in drawing) are much more bulky, sporting massive drills on either side of the head, as well as drills instead of front claws. They also have much larger and more powerful lower jaws, also used to tear through planets to eat the cores. Though they're much smaller, most have huge tails to store lava/magma, and most can spew superheated laser-like blasts of white magma from their mouths and tails. Magma Galas also have extremely tough armor all down their body, the largest having plates nearly 80 miles thick. They are hyper aggressive until they find a planet to bore into and slowly devour, however if attacked while feeding they won't hesitate to vaporize their enemy.

As usual I struggled to get a true likeness, but that notwithstanding, I was still pleased with the result. HB, 5B and 9B graphite pencils on smooth cartridge drawing paper, size A3.

I picked ‘S’ because some of my favourite things begin with this letter. Most importantly it’s the initial of my first and last name. Done with green acrylic paint, acrylic markers and alcohol based pens. My lucky Number 7, Seven, Shawshank redemption, Superman favourite films, Seventies decade I was born.

Only took like 2 hours. Honestly, this is the hardest I have EVER worked on a digital piece. I got Procreate a bit ago and it took me too long to figure it out and learn how to work with it. I was so used to my old program that starting all over got pretty discouraging. I finally finished my first procreate portrait! There are a few things I’m not happy about but I’m not sure how to fix them. Any ideas and advice are super welcome!!!
