Koi Fish Watercolor

Just a drawing I did of a veterinarian and a dog she takes care of. The blue and orange color scheme was really fun to work with.

The (i think) 12th and final butterfly for the Literal Butterflies Project. Wow! thats a lotta flutterflies. This one was certainly tedious with such elaborate markings, she wasn't easy! ... That said, none of them were. With such beauty, and intricate wing pattern and design, butterflies are a very difficult subject to work with. But somehow we managed to get through all 12 with some of my hair left! Loved every step of this journey :)

Part of a series of drawings following characters on a journey through strange and chaotic zones of a gigantic metropolis. I really enjoyed using the Sakura brush pen for this one.

A quick sketch of my favorite coffee bar in town, located in an old train wagon

Goddesses don’t just do yoga. They skate & box too!

The dark side is strong with this one again.

The Grand Budapest Hotel is one of my favorite Wes Anderson’s movies. I’m going to draw the women and the building too!

Monsters sketches for a personal project about coloring books.

Hmm...Guess this yawning face, most of us will experience right?? :P

Mission Gold Watercolor and watercolor pencils.

Part of a city series project I did

Red Admiral of the Fleet :3 this was a toughie, for trying to find a genuine admirals hat and symbol that wasnt fancy dress! Eventually traced the real thing by finding actual people wearing their hats

Something spontaneous(ish), as usual.

This is one of my favourites of the series :)

Sketchbook drawing celebrating women

A home made card I made for a friends bridal shower :)

1st sketch of my own comic character :)

Powdered graphite and iron oxide from acid mine runoff on watercolor paper

The Green hairstreak. Couldnt decided between backgrounds, after a bunch of fun with a hair extension and paint... and getting paint on the walls, floor, desk, tv screen, laptop, bed, Joey the lot
