Im Kurt and new to Doodle Addicts. Loneliness and anxiety dominate my life and are reoccurring themes in my art. It wasn't until recently, after countless jobs, countless attempts, and thousands of dollars in school debt, that I realized it is what it is. At this point, I am trying to learn how to express myself through art and build a community without the pain from before. In July of 2022, Brianna Grier died falling out of a moving police car while having a mental health breakdown. Since Brianna passed, I have been heartbroken for her twins and family but also reflecting on my struggle with mental health. Mental health needs compassion and empathy, not police and punishment. The brunch strokes are purposeful, but I completed them with empathy in mind. I want to keep the composition simple but filled with meaning. The color theme represents vastness and loneliness, but also kinetic energy found in warm orange tones.
This theme describe well how my Xocolatl, born and raised near the equateur, feel about European winter.
She doesn't quite care for it.
(She is a jaguar/peacock centaur. Her pet is an inverted griffon, front of a cat, backside of a hen. Her name is Nugget.)

Originally inspired by the occult fiction of the seventies, this began life as a cover concept for a commercial horror anthology. It later transitioned away and became a personal project, granting me more freedom with its content, and a return to one of my favourite themes – the offsetting of monstrosity with beauty.
Last month, on Artefact Challenge, I was the one choosing the theme.

These were two characters meant for Okhong, for an eventual PONIES event, so I keep them for myself.
To the left, Fi, the unicorn centaur, on the right, Tak, the draft-horse centaur.
One of them is a mean killing machine, and it's not the draft-horse.

Je me demande si ce sera pas la dernière vu ce que je leur ai sorti XD
Il s’agissait de deux personnages que je voulais sortir pour un éventuel évent PONIES d’Okhong, du coup, je les ais gardé pour moi.
A gauche, Fi le licorne centaure, à droite, Tak, la percheronne centaure.
L’un des deux est une machine à tuer, et c’est pas la percheronne.
Fi: Qu'est ce que tu viens de dire sur ma FEMME?
Tak: Chéri: Non.
